The venue’s ballroom comfortably seats up to 180 guests for banquet-style seating and can host up to 300 guests in a theater-style arrangement, offering a refined atmosphere and thoughtful service to make your day truly memorable

We offer outside catering options and invite you to ask about our Preferred Catering choices and terms to help tailor your celebration to your tastes and needs.

DDWC In-House Catering Terms:

  • Room & Facility Fees

    • Service Clubs / Meeting Room
      Up to 70 guests — $100.00 (Monday–Thursday)
      Example: meetings

    • Small Banquet Room
      Up to 150 guests — $150.00 (Monday–Thursday)

    • Ballroom or Patio
      $250.00 (Monday–Thursday)

    • Large Banquet Room
      150–250 guests — $300.00 (Monday–Thursday)

    • Ballroom & Patio (Combined)
      One flat fee — $3,000.00 (Friday–Sunday)


    Additional Fees

    • Damage Deposit: $200.00

    • Corkage Fee: $20.00 per bottle (wine & champagne only)

    • Liquor Bar Fee: $100.00 (added when a liquor bar is scheduled)

    • Linen Rental: Charge added to final bill
      Guests may select from available color options

    • Tables and chairs

    • Dishes, silverware, and glassware


    Food & Beverage

    • DDWC wines, beer, soda, punch, and liquor bar services are available at listed menu prices.


    Payment & Booking Policy

    • Room fee, patio charge, and damage deposit are due at the time of booking to secure your event date.

    • 50% of the estimated food and beverage total is due 30 days prior to the event.

    • The remaining balance, along with the guaranteed guest count, is due 8 days prior to the scheduled event.

Entrées

Starting at $20.00 per person
Plus tax and 18% gratuity

All entrées are served with salad, two vegetables, one starch, bread, and butter.

Choice of Salad Dressings:
Creamy Tarragon Vinaigrette, Ranch, or Blue Cheese

Entrée Selections

  • Honey Glazed Almond Chicken, served over a rice medley
  • White Wine Mushroom Chicken in a creamy sauce, served with a rice medley or new potatoes
  • Garlic Roasted Chicken, served with creamy herb rice
  • Turkey with sage dressing and new potatoes
  • Ham with scalloped potatoes
  • Beef Burgundy Champignon, served over a rice medley
  • Rosemary Roasted Pork with wine sauce, served with rice or new potatoes
  • Beef Stroganoff, served over pasta or rice
  • Roasted Lamb, served with new potatoes and rosemary wine sauce
  • White Fish Florentine with white wine sauce (market fish, in season)
  • Baked Salmon with dill butter, served over a rice medley
  • Pasta Primavera (vegetarian)
  • Chicken or Shrimp Alfredo
    • Plain Pasta Alfredo available as a vegetarian option

Desserts

Cheesecake with seasonal berries — $3.00 additional per person

Sherbet or Chocolate Mousse — $2.00 additional per person
