DDWC In-House Catering Terms:
- Service Clubs/ Room Charge up to 70 Guests $100.00 (Monday-Thursday) i.e.Rotary
- Small Banquet/ Room Charge up to 150 Guests $150.00 (Monday-Thursday)
- Ballroom/Patio $250.00 (Monday-Thursday)
- Large Banquet/ Room Charge 150-250 Guests $300.00 (Monday-Thursday)
- Ballroom and Patio together one fee $3,000.00 (Friday-Sunday)
- Damage Deposit $200.00
- Corkage Fee Per bottle (Wine & Champagne only) $20.00
- DDWC Wines, Beers, Sodas, Punch & Liquor Bar at the menu price listed. When Liquor Bar is scheduled, a $100.00 charge will be added to final bill.
- Linen charge added to final bill (Guests to choose from color selection)
- Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Tables & Chairs all included in the room charge fee.
*Room Fee, Patio Charge and Damage Deposit all to be paid at time of booking to secure your date.
*50% Percent of Food & Beverage estimate to be paid 30 days prior to your event date. The balance is to be paid 8 days prior to scheduled event along with the guaranteed count.

Entrees: Starting at $20.00 Plus Tax & 18%Gratuity
(All entrees are served with salad, two vegetables, one starch, bread and butter)
Choice of dressings: Creamy Tarragon Vinaigrette, Ranch, or Blue Cheese
Honey Glazed Almond Chicken served over a medley of rice
White Wine Mushroom Chicken in a creamy sauce rice medley or new potatoes
Garlic Roasted Chicken served with creamy herb rice
Turkey with Sage Dressing & new potatoes
Ham with scalloped potatoes
Beef Burgundy Champignon served over rice medley
Rosemary Roasted Pork with wine sauce served with rice or new potatoes
Beef Stroganoff over pasta or rice
Roasted Lamb served with new potatoes and rosemary wine sauce
White Fish Florentine with a white wine sauce (market fish in-season)
